Software Evaluation Agreement Terms and Conditions

The Software Evaluation Agreement includes terms and conditions applicable to the products and services being provided to you by Appgate pursuant to the Service Order or Order Form that references this link. The Effective Date of the Software Evaluation Agreement shall be the same as the Effective Date of the Service Order or Order Form that is governed by the Software Evaluation Agreement. The Effective Date of such Service Order or Order Form shall be, unless otherwise set forth in such Service Order or Order Form, the date of last execution of such Service Order or Order Form. The “Evaluator”/“Customer” and “Appgate” parties to the Software Evaluation Agreement shall be the same as the “Evaluator”/“Customer” and “Appgate” parties to the Service Order or Order Form that is governed by the Software Evaluation Agreement.
