To help you understand Appgate's security practices and stay informed about potential issues, we classify our advisories into four categories:

Vulnerable Libraries Used in Our Products (Not Affected)

These are libraries with known vulnerabilities that, due to our specific usage, do not have an impact on our products. We continuously monitor these libraries and update them as necessary to maintain security. Our support team keeps an updated list of these CVEs in our Knowledge Base, which is accessible via customer login.

Vulnerable Libraries Used in Our Products (Affected)

These libraries have known vulnerabilities that do affect our products. We take immediate action to patch or mitigate these vulnerabilities to protect our customers. Detailed information on the affected versions and remediation steps is available by contacting our support team.

Appgate’s Product Vulnerabilities

These are security vulnerabilities identified within our own code. We are committed to promptly identifying and resolving these issues. Detailed information, including the impact and remediation steps, is communicated directly to our affected customers. For further assistance, please contact our support team.

Security Vulnerabilities in Appgate’s Third-Party Vendor Products

These are vulnerabilities found in products or services provided by third-party vendors. We collaborate closely with these vendors to ensure timely patches and mitigations are applied to safeguard our customers. Our vulnerability management policy outlines our internal process for identifying, tracking, and remediating these vulnerabilities. To request a SOC 2 report, please email our Governance, Risk and Compliance team at grc@appgate.com
